THE KAMELISH GUIDE
How to use
camel milk powder.
A simple guide to preparing camel milk powder and finding a place for it in your day.
Start with your pack instructions
The correct amount of powder and water depends on the product. Use the mixing ratio, water temperature and preparation method printed on your pack. Do not assume the instructions for another brand apply to Kamelish.
- Use clean preparation equipment.
- Measure the water and powder as directed on the pack.
- Mix as instructed until the powder is incorporated.
- Follow the pack guidance for serving and storing prepared milk.
Three ways to enjoy it
By the glass
Try the prepared milk on its own to get to know its flavour. Use the serving guidance on the pack.
At breakfast
Use prepared camel milk with cereal or in a breakfast recipe that calls for milk. Check the recipe and pack instructions before use.
In the kitchen
Try prepared camel milk in a smoothie or another recipe that uses milk. The flavour and texture may differ from the milk you usually use, so start with a small batch.
Storing the powder
Keep the powder in a cool, dry place, close the pack tightly after use and follow its storage guidance. Check the date and any instructions for use after opening. Prepared milk has different storage requirements from dry powder; follow the pack for these too.
What to check before buying
Look at the ingredients, origin, pack size, preparation instructions and allergen information. Kamelish is 100% full-cream camel milk powder from the UAE in a 400g pack. It is a dairy food and contains lactose.
