Who collects your information?
The Kamelish team operates this launch list. Contact info@kamelish.com for privacy questions, to unsubscribe or to request access, correction or deletion of your information.
What we collect and why
When you join, we save your email address, signup date, the consent wording you accepted and the signup source. We use these to manage the launch list and email you Kamelish UK launch news, availability updates and camel milk inspiration, based on your consent. This list is for adults aged 18 and over.
Where your information is stored
The list is stored on our website’s hosting server in a protected area. Authorised Kamelish administrators can download it to manage subscribers. We do not sell your address or share it with other brands for their marketing. If we later use an email delivery provider to send updates, it will process addresses on our behalf and this notice will be updated to identify that service.
Keeping and protecting the list
We keep your signup while you remain subscribed and the launch list is active. We review the list at least annually and remove information that is no longer needed. Website hosting also processes technical connection information to operate and protect the site. A temporary hashed connection identifier helps limit repeated signup requests.
Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@kamelish.com or using the unsubscribe link included in our future list emails. Unsubscribing removes your address from the active list. We retain a hashed record to help prevent accidental re-import of an unsubscribed address. Joining again voluntarily records fresh consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of your personal information. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact us first if you would like help with a concern.
